Can I book just one service, such as staging or styling?

Yes. Interior styling and home staging can each be booked on their own or combined with a renovation. Renovations are full service, from design and selections through to project management.

Is space planning included in a full service renovation?

Yes. Layouts and custom storage, often with custom millwork, are planned as part of every full service renovation so each room works well for daily life.

Do you manage contractors during a renovation?

Yes. Project management is included in every full service renovation. We coordinate trades, schedules, material sourcing and site progress, using a long-standing network of trusted trades and suppliers, so the build follows the approved design.

Do you stage occupied homes as well as vacant homes?

Yes. Our staging inventory lets us furnish vacant homes completely, while occupied homes are edited, rearranged and accessorized to highlight light, flow and space for listing photos and showings.
