Who we are

Hartley-Robinson Decor & Staging (“we”, “us”) is an interior design, renovation design and home staging studio on Eagle Mountain Drive in Abbotsford, BC. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, by email or by phone, we collect the details you choose to give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, city or area, the services you are interested in, your project type, budget range, preferred timing and a description of your space.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange consultations and walkthroughs, prepare quotes and, if you become a client, deliver your project. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage is used to remember your cookie choice. With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; it loads only if you choose “Accept all” or switch on analytics under “Customize”. If you choose “Reject all”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Third-party services

To run this website we rely on a small number of service providers: website hosting (Vercel), our form service for delivering enquiries to our inbox, and an image service that delivers our project photographs. Google Analytics is used only with your consent. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of the project and our normal business and tax record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal or contractual limits. Email hrdecorstaging@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
